Dark Roast Coffee for Coffee Avids

While roasting green coffee beans there chemical properties get change. Roasting coffee beans can gives some particular taste to a coffee and roasting type affects on the final flavor of the brew. There are two types of coffee beans Arabica and Robusta and Arabica is the most demanding form of coffee worldwide. Arabica beans are roasted lightly to preserve the maximum taste and Robusta beans roasted little longer for the sake to bring a good taste to brew. Mostly commonly the terms Light roast and Dark Roast Coffee used to describe how long the coffee has been roasted.

Some studies showed that Dark Roast Coffee is more stomach friendly because light roast coffee are acidic and bear subtle flavors.
